10% Buyer's P remium added to all Real Estate and Personal Property. 7% Sales Tax added to Personal property items. If you are a dealer with a Tax Exempt certificate present it at Registration!
All Real Estate and Personal Property sell in strictly "AS IS" condition! All due diligence must be completed prior to auction bidding process.
For Real Estate: A $5,000 Earnest monery binder in the form of a good personal or company check will be required from high bidder immediatly following the auction close. This check will be held in a State Regulated Trust Account until closing at which time it is applied to the purchase price.
