All items purchased As is Where is.
 It is the buyers resosibilty to determine the condition of purchased items.

Garrett Auctions will do their best to represent all auction items accurately However it is encouraged that interested buyers view the equipment before they bid. If you are unable to view the equipment Auction Staff will be available to answer any questions you may have.

This is an ABSENTEE bid auction for buyers that will not be able to attend the live auction. The absentee auction will close at 5:00 pm CST Friday 03/31/2023. The bids from the absentee bid auction wil be taken to the live auction on Saturday 04/01/2023 to compete with the live bids.
After the live auction is complete, bid notifications will be sent to all bidders.
 
13% Buyers premium. 
Local taxes apply unless exemption documentation is presented and applicable.

All items paid in full day of auction unless special arrangements have been made.

Firearm buyers must be able to pass background check.

Due to federal law all background checks will have to be done at our licensed premisis 2027 Junction Hwy, Kerrville Tx 78028.

Buyers are encouraged to have all purchased items off of the premisis by Sunday 04/02/2023 by 3:00pm. Please contact Trey if you would like to request special arrangements for pick up. 580-369-8689

All Customer pick up for firearms will be conducted Monday  04/03/2023 between the hours of 9:00am and 12:00pm. 

 There will be no charge for transfering firearms on Monday. If special arrangements need to be made to pick up firearms charges for transfer will apply not to acceed $35.00.00 for the transfer.

We can ship firearms to your FFL if you would like. There will be shipping and handling fees applied.

Any items purchased and not removed from Garrett Auctions premisis within 5 business days will be forfieted and resold as Garrett Auctions property.
